6. Meeting Point and Arrival Time

Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time.

The meeting point and recommended arrival time will be provided during the reservation process or in the reservation confirmation.

Customers should allow sufficient time for traffic, public transportation, security procedures, finding the meeting point, and other possible delays.

7. Late Arrival and No-Show

If a customer arrives late, we will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible. However, the boat may not be able to wait for late passengers because of the scheduled departure time and operational requirements.

If a customer fails to arrive before departure and does not contact us in advance, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.

In such circumstances, we cannot guarantee that the customer will be able to join the tour or receive an alternative departure.

If payment has already been made for a reservation subject to special payment conditions, the applicable cancellation and no-show conditions will apply.

8. Weather and Safety

Boat tours are dependent on weather, sea conditions, navigation requirements, and other safety considerations.

Bosphorus Cruise Istanbul reserves the right to modify the route, departure time, duration, itinerary, or other aspects of a tour when reasonably necessary for safety, operational, legal, or weather-related reasons.

The safety of passengers, crew, and vessels takes priority over the advertised itinerary.

If a tour must be cancelled by us because of severe weather, unsafe sea conditions, official restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or other appropriate solution.

Where a customer has already made a payment and the applicable cancellation circumstances require a refund, the relevant amount will be refunded according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Changes or Cancellation by Bosphorus Cruise Istanbul

Although we make reasonable efforts to operate tours as advertised, circumstances may occasionally require us to change or cancel a tour.

Reasons may include:

  • Severe weather or sea conditions

  • Government or port authority restrictions
